ELEGOAL Return & Replacement Policy

(Direct Replacement for Eligible Damage)

At ELEGOAL, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We offer a 2-year direct replacement service for all ELEGOAL products (for eligible damage), applied uniformly to customers worldwide, in accordance with EU consumer protection standards.

This service applies only to orders purchased directly from the official ELEGOAL website (https://elegoal.store). We are not responsible for products purchased from other platforms or channels.

Replacement Coverage

This direct replacement service covers:

  • Direct replacement for products with manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use (no repair process; direct replacement with a new product)
  • Direct replacement for products with damaged magnetic components, hinges, or wireless charging systems caused by manufacturing issues (not 人为 damage)

This Service Does Not Cover

The direct replacement service does not apply to:

  • Accessories or gifts included in the package, such as adapters
  • Products damaged by misuse, improper handling, drops, or accidents (non-normal use causes)
  • Cosmetic wear and tear from regular use (e.g., scratches, slight discoloration that does not affect functionality)
  • Products that have undergone unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications

Shipping Costs

If a product has eligible damage covered by this service within 2 years of purchase:

ELEGOAL will cover all shipping costs, including return shipping of the damaged product and reshipment of the new product.

Note: If the damage is found to be outside the service scope, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Apply for Return & Replacement

Contact our customer support team at support@elegoal.co and include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the damage
  • Photos or videos showing the damage (to confirm eligibility)

Our team will assess your application within [specify time, e.g., 1-3 working days] and provide return instructions if eligible.

Upon receiving the damaged product, we will immediately ship a new product of the same model (or equivalent model if the original is out of stock) at no extra cost, and cover the reshipment shipping.

Please do not return any product without first contacting customer support to obtain proper return instructions. Unauthorized returns may result in ELEGOAL refusing to cover shipping costs.

Additional Notes

  • The replacement service period begins on the date of purchase and is valid for 2 years from the initial purchase date.
  • The new product received through replacement is covered by the remainder of the original 2-year service period (from the initial purchase date), not a new 2-year period.
  • This replacement service is provided in addition to your local legal consumer rights.
